Fairfield ISD Eagle Stadium Facility Guidelines
General Guidelines
- The Fairfield ISO Police Department will determine the number of security personnel needed for each event.
- Firearms are prohibited.
- State law and Fairfield ISD policies regarding alcoholic beverages and
- controlled substances will be enforced.
- The use of tobacco products in any form is prohibited on all school district property.
- Confetti, balloons, or similar items requiring extensive cleanup are not permitted in the stadium.
- Frisbees, whistles, air horns, laser pointers, and similar items are not permitted.
- Glass bottles and containers are prohibited in the stadium and parking areas.
- Pyrotechnics are prohibited.
- Spectators will pass through metal detectors and are subject to search.
- Clear Bag Policy: Each guest may bring one clear tote measuring up to 12" x 6" x 12" or one clear gallon-size resealable plastic bag, plus one small clutch measuring up to 4.5" x 6.5". All guests must follow Fairfield ISO instructions in the event of severe weather or an emergency.
Tickets & Entry
- Gates open 60 minutes prior to game time.
- Tickets may be purchased with cash at the gate or online through Hometown Ticketing. Link is Above
- All elementary students must be accompanied by an adult to enter the game.
- Spectators entering on an approved pass must present the pass at the time of entry. No exceptions.
- Band members, drill team members, cheerleaders, and pep squads must be accompanied by a sponsor.
- Spectators who leave the stadium will not be permitted to re-enter without purchasing another ticket.
- Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
- Coolers are not permitted.
- Pets are prohibited except for service animals.
- All bags are subject to inspection.
Eagle Stadium Parking, Entrances & Arrival Instructions
Varsity Visitor Parking
Visitor parking is located in the South Parking Lot between Fairfield High School and Fairfield Junior High.
Visiting team buses should park between Fairfield High School and Eagle Stadium, as shown on the map.
Golf Cart Service
During varsity football games, golf cart shuttle service will be available to assist guests with transportation from designated parking areas to the stadium entrance.
Junior High & JV Football Parking
Only one stadium gate will be open for junior high and JV football games.
Parking for both home and visiting fans is located behind the home bleachers.
This area can be accessed from Eagle Crossing/Oak Street or through two entrances on the north end of the parking area from City Park.
All junior high and JV fans will enter the stadium near the concession stand.
Junior High & JV Handicap & Senior Citizen Parking
The gravel parking area behind the football field concession stand is reserved for handicap parking and senior citizens.
Visiting Team Buses - All Football Games
Visiting team buses should park between Fairfield High School and Eagle Stadium, as shown on the map.
Visiting Teams, Bands & Spirit Groups
- Visiting teams, bands, cheerleaders, drill teams, and other participating groups should follow the designated parking, unloading, and entrance instructions provided on the map above.
- Band members, drill team members, cheerleaders, and pep squads must be accompanied by a sponsor.
- Only authorized personnel are permitted in restricted fieldhouse and playing field areas.
Visiting Press Box & Filming
- Visiting radio crews will be located in the visiting press box.
- The visiting team will use the visitor's press box.
- Both teams will film from the top of the visiting press box.
Playing Field
- Only emergency vehicles may be parked inside the stadium. Vehicles used to load or unload equipment, such as Gators or utility vehicles, may enter the stadium as needed.
- Equipment on wheels may not be moved across the playing field. Please move equipment around the outside boundaries of the field.
- Live animal mascots are prohibited.
- Props that could mark, damage, or cut the field surface are prohibited.
- On-field victory lines are limited to drill teams, cheerleaders, and other participants approved by game administrators.
- Only authorized personnel are permitted on the sidelines and playing field.
- Spectators are not permitted on the field before or after the game.
Bleachers & Spectator Areas
- Loitering is not permitted. Spectators must sit in the stands and stay off the rails.
- Aisles must remain clear at all times.
- Students may not cross to the opposite side of the stadium.
- Signs and banners must promote the school, team, or program. Negative signs directed toward the opposing team are prohibited.
- At the conclusion of the event, designated personnel from each school are responsible for removing all signage and straps.
